Supplier registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a ConocoPhillips supplier. Through our Supplier Diversity Program, we engage with historically underutilized businesses in search of potential procurement opportunities. To be eligible, you must be a small business, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration; or your status must be certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council or its affiliates; the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council or its affiliates; the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce or its affiliates or national government agencies, and be at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by persons who are:

If eligible, visit the ConocoPhillips Supplier Diversity Portal to register as a potential supplier.

The following information is required to register as a diverse supplier:

• Company name, DBA name, Federal Tax ID
• Parent Company name and Federal Tax ID
• Year established, revenue for the last 3 years, legal structure
• NAICS/SIC codes, commodity/category codes, product/service description
• Diversity certificate information, ethnicity, gender, ownership
• Supplier documents, including diversity certification, from a recognized certifying agency
